To work under the directions of Business Head for Smart Home Solutions and to generate business from important large clients with specific focus to reputed builders, architects and leading contractors.

Skill Requirement :

Competency :

- The job entitles atleast 5 years of experience as a sales person covering large clients and 3 years as a Manager

- Technically qualified to handle home automation; Networking ; IP telephony and CCTV surveillance systems

- Commercial understanding with ability to work out solutions costing.

Responsibilities :

To identify, plan and approach reputed builders, architects and leading contractors across India and generate business for Smart Home Identify areas for business

- Work out a strategic plan to target specific clients and consistently work with these clients to close and secure order

- Identify the competition in the market and the type of solutions offered by them and the projects that they have secured.

- To make a break through into the projects where completion has pitched and swing the order to company's favour

- Report to Business Head on a weekly basis and provide comprehensive update on the progress of the business, builders covered and leads generated.

- Be the point of contact to all the clients and manage all the internal coordination from project initialization to execution.

- Work on an annual target, with a break up on a monthly basis.

- Once the order is booked and closed, monitor and provide information to the backend team for necessary follow up thereafter.

- Ensure payment collection is done from all clients.

- Provide management information for weekly and monthly reviews to enable course corrections and proper decisions to be taken.

- Commercial understanding and implications of a project type business

- To understand the solution and work internally with design, R&D and commercial departments.

- Participate in high level meetings with the clients and provide proper recommendations and suggestions for SHS as may be required.

- Prepare & submit project proposals in a comprehensive manner

Additional Responsibility :

Market Intelligence and Competitor activities :

- Monitor and record active competitors in the field

- Understand client requirement and priorities for home automation
