Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve targeted sales & revenue goals.
- Develop new customers & consolidate existing ones.
- Pro actively initiate, co-ordinate and manage large scale deals through the sales cycle.
- BD initiatives to develop new accounts / customers in designated segments
- Create new customer, relationship management, creat demand for the Avana offerings, bid co-ordination, submissiion & follow up to sign business, co-ordinate with external & internal stake holders for development of new business,team player.
- Track and monitor the relevant markets/trends/opportunities and work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing to create a coherent marketing/business development opportunities landscape
- Actively contribute to the marketing plan and business development process for the targeted markets and leads
- Participate in brainstorming groups that are targeted to assist our clients in its strategic activities.
Education Background
- 5- 8 years in the same industry, Experienced and skilled in Highly developed organizational business development planning and management.
- Large Account management, Handling Government customers, successful experience in extensive BD & long gestation period opportunities, create and close sales opportunities & meet targets, preparing large scale RFPs.
- Experience in the homeland security technologies and industry and/or IT and/or SW- preferred. Business and sales cycle understanding and experience.thinking analytically and creatively.
- Account Management, relationship management,track of working with customers in Government, Larger Corporates preferably in HLS market & associated areas
