The IT Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships in the technology industry. This is a remote position and candidates can work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers, build relationships with decision makers, and close new business deals.

- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities.

- Develop a deep understanding of the technology products and services offered by the company, and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.

- Plan and execute sales strategies, including setting targets and developing sales plans.

- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and develop the company's overall sales approach.

- Track and report on sales activity and results, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
