The Enterprise Sales Manager's primary role is to generate new client revenue by selling "The Company CRM Product-. In this role, you will capitalize on interest in and excitement around the "The Company" platform and the innovative, value-driven solutions it provides. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying and selling to new clients.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Regional/ National Sales strategy
- Manage business planning and related strategies for relevant markets.
- Develop new business through extensive cold calling and sales skills.
- Identify target markets and help set sales/delivery strategy.
- Responsible to qualify prospects, understanding pain areas, and managing the sales process to closure.
- Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies.
- Manage sales demos and coordinate status meetings as needed.
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Report regularly on sales progress and work with peers to overcome obstacles.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the Company; Understand and clearly articulate the company's value proposition.
- Coordinate/plan prospecting goals and strategy.
- Good managerial capabilities and ability to lead by example
Qualification and Experience :
- Engineering Graduate 5-10 years relevant software sales experience, preferably in a Direct sales environment in Larger Enterprises.
- Experience selling to C-level executives in Enterprise-level organizations.
- Selling Experience in Domestic BFSI Market
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Salesforce CRM system
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional audiences with the command of "The Company" technology.
- Documented experience closing six and seven-figure deals as well as documented ability to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics.
- Extensive Travelling if required
