The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets of a specific COE within Mayflower through both new and existing accounts. The primary responsibility will be to determine new opportunities by establishing communications with and analysing needs of businesses that can benefit from our Company's services. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager of the COE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

1. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

2. Create presentations to market services to various decision making audiences

3. Represent the company in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events

4. Coordinate with the marketing, project and delivery teams to implement sales initiatives

5. Conducting Market Research to identify target companies in chosen markets

6. Maintain weekly/monthly sales data and reports

7. Oversee entire sales process from start to finish with each customer

Client Management:

1. Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with our business (content and technological) partners.

2. Cross selling and upselling as needed

3. Build strong relationships with the strategic clients

Co-ordination with Delivery:

1. Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

2. Be responsible for providing critical paths for all projects and that these are clearly communicated to all parties

3. Responsible for leading the status meetings and ensuring that any action from them are carried out

4. Ensure that status reports are prepared

5. Develop strong relationship with the teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Reporting:

- Track, monitor and maintain weekly/monthly sales data and reports

- Maintaining data on CRM tools for use by the organization

Personal attributes and competencies

- 4 years experience in a sales environment.

- Bachelor's degree, MBA desirable

- Proven ability to successfully thrive in a competitive environment and a consistent track record of identifying new business opportunities and executing with the resources.
