Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

- Provide strong day-to-day leadership and support to your assigned sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Coach and mentor team members, helping them develop their sales skills and achieve individual sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning & Growth:

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales plan for the mass market segment, aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

- Identify geographic growth opportunities within the mass market and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

- Develop a business plan to increase profitability of the division, focusing on cost control and cost-based decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior management to ensure sales strategies align with the company's overall corporate objectives.

Sales Execution & Customer Management:

- Lead by example, achieving your own sales targets while motivating your team to do the same.

- Be responsible for acquiring and developing new business within the mass market segment.

- Successfully close deals generated from self-initiated calls, internal leads, or other sources.

- Ensure efficient and timely collection of payments from customers.

- Ensure all support staff play an active role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Continuous Learning & Development:

- Attend product training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and effectively position them to customers.

- Conduct market research and customer profile analysis to tailor sales presentations and effectively address customer needs.

- Strictly adhere to company policies and regulations, ensuring ethical sales practices.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the mass market segment.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable business growth.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to sales planning.

- Strong understanding of the mass market and its specific dynamics.

- Deep commitment to customer service and building long-term client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
