Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

- You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement business plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Create and execute sales plans to drive new customer acquisition, market penetration, and account expansion.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to sales representatives to improve performance and develop skills.

- Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.

- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Work closely with other departments (marketing, customer service) to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor, track, and report on sales performance, including revenue, pipeline health, and key metrics.

- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successful tactics.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance, goals, and strategies for improvement.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

- Use market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

- Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and lead-generation efforts.

- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Assist in developing annual sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are realistic and achievable.

- Monitor sales expenditures to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role, leading a team to achieve sales goals.

- Experience in IT Sales.


Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales-related software.

- Knowledge of sales analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking tools.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome sales challenges effectively.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- High level of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
