Sales Manager - Internet Platform - Top BSchool
The organization is one of the largest brands in the wedding category in India. They're present across the globe and have significant plans of expansion in the country.
The role will comprise of the following responsibilities:
1. Build/ Hire a high-performance team of sales reps
2. Develop the pitch and value proposition for our partners
3. Manage Key Accounts directly with Head of Sales
4. Construct, forecast and manage your sales pipeline via CRM
5. Sales strategy
6. Ownership of the revenue targets
7. Pricing strategy for products
8. Launch strategy in new markets
9. Leadership
Work with Head of Sales in various office-wide initiatives and policies
Be an integral part of India strategy across sales, operations, marketing and product
The ideal candidate would be a 2013 - 2016 MBA from a reputed B-school, and someone with a high degree of affinity for sales and driving targets, across FMCG organizations, e-commerce or internet organizations.
