Key Responsibilities:.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales.
- Strategies to drive growth for TCI products.
- New Business Acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and acquire new business. Opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Pipeline Building: Focus on building a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure sustained growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and untapped client segments to increase market share.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Maximize sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling to both new and existing customers.
Qualifications:.
- Experience: 10-12 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in insurance or finance products.
- Education: MBA in Marketing or any Post Graduate degree.
- Japanese Certification: Postgraduate degree from a reputed Japanese University is preferred.
- Skills: Proven experience in leading sales teams, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
