Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities :

- Drive sales growth for industrial pumps, focusing on centrifugal and metering pumps.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial pump sector.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers.

- Provide technical support and knowledge about the products to clients and address any concerns or queries.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (3+ years) in selling industrial pumps, including centrifugal and/or metering pumps.

- Strong understanding of the industrial pump market, client needs, and industry dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

- Willingness to travel across the assigned regions (Jharkhand, NCR, Rajasthan, MP) as required.
