Brief Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Sales Manager Industrial Automation Project Solutions at MELSS.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing new accounts, and promoting automation solutions to clients.

Job Description:

- Manage a team of sales executives, including internal proposal and application engineers.

- Identify and meet companies / stakeholders / department heads across industry segments.

- Identify opportunities / RFQ's and submit proposals on time.

- Manage internal proposal and application engineering team.

- Build, manage and achieve the annual budget plans for self and sales team.

Team building and motivation :

- Should have managed a small team of sales executives towards achieving sales targets set by the Company.

- Should have connects and contacts in the Industry segments to sell automation solutions, SPM, Robotics / Cobot, Weighing & Batching based projects.

- Identify, meet and collect customer requirements.

- Technical & Commercial proficiency.

Job Location Chennai.

Experience 12+ years.

Qualification Any Graduation preferably with MBA in Marketing & Sales.
