Hiring candidates for "Sales HR Manager" position with one of leading MNC clients in FMCG.

Education : MBA/PG-HR from premier B school (Top 40 B school)

Experience : Minimum 4 years post MBA

Job Role :

- Applicants should have exposure in Sales HR Role (Include Recruitment of sales staff, PMS, Training & Development, Skill Gap Analysis, HR Dashboard, understanding about sales operation etc.)

- Incumbent should have very good exposure in HR operation activities for sales staff.

- To set objective for sales staff in assigned geography and examine their deliverable.

- We are looking candidates from industries( FMCG, Telecom, FMCD,Insurance,Pharma etc.)

- Telugu speaking is must
