Position: Manager Sales-HR (Male)
No of Position: 1
Experience: Min 5-10 Years experience in end to end responsibility of HRD & Administration initiatives for all Business Units for all employees in Sales & Marketing.
Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical Only
Location: New Delhi (Corporate Office)
CTC: Depend on Current CTC
Key Skills:
Recruitment - across all business of Super-supecialities including sales, marketing, Medico marketing, training, sales admin and travel
Maintaining HR MIS- Database, attrition, tracker, cost analysis report etc.
Handling internal assessments, promotions, Annual appraisals, fixation, policy etc.
Handling Induction, confirmation and Exit
Attendance and Leave report and Monitoring and providing data to HR for payroll
Analyzing the FW of the field employees and preparing observation reports & review
Imparting scientific knowledge training across levels on our Brands and competition during induction program
B) Position:- Manager HR-Plant
No of Position: 1
Experience: Min 5-10 Years experience in Plant Trade Unions & IR / Conflict Resolution.
Location: Lalru
Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical Only
CTC: Depend on Current CTC

Architecting along with the Head of operations and Department Heads, an adaptive work culture that promotes company growth.
Developing maintaining harmonious and progressive employee relation in the plant through 2-way communication and employee involvement.
Ensuring an effective manpower planning.
Ensuring SOPs & GMP compliances from HR perspective such as Medical, Induction, Job Description & Vaccination SOPs.
Enduring that the trainings are provided as per the calendar & needs to the employees.
Ensuring smooth on boarding of new joinees to the organization work culture processes and policies.
Ensuring timely and fair performance appraisal for all employees.
Developing & directing employee welfare activities to build team spirit and sense of ownership.
Ensuing strict adherence to statutory laws and enforcing total discipline in the premises.
Providing opportunities for and ensuring the growth and development of employees through training programs and HR interventions.
To deploy employee retention measures.
Organizing compensation surveys for benchmarking against companies industry /area wise, annually to study trends in compensations.
Coordinating the plant audits.
Formulation/ implementation of HR policies & procedures.
HR Budget preparation and monitoring.
Handling trade union /IR Issues, employee grievance and conflict management
Coaching, motivating and developing team members to build a high performing HR team / Building service capability in HR department
