About our Client: Our client is a multi billion dollar leading multinational in the consumer space. They are global leaders in personal care. A very well established presence in the India market, they are looking to hire a Sales HR specialist for their team in Mumbai.

Job Description: Reporting into the Senior HRBP, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end to end talent acquisition for the business of 300 employees in Mumbai

- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction

- Ensure all compliance & disciplinary related matters are catered to

- Ensure alignment of HR with business goals at all times

- Manage the sales incentive plans

- Manage R&R for the employees and ensure high level of employee engagement

- Proactively work on individual development plan and ensure pipelines of talent is maintained

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 3-6 years of experience and exposure in Sales HR is necessary for this role. We are looking to hire candidates from the FMCG/FMCD sectors only.

- MBA from a tier 1 institute is required. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
