Candidates having good Sales HR experience is must for the role. He must have similar experience between 5 to 6 years and he should be from premium B school only.We are looking candidates only from personal care background.
Job Description :
- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect sales team.
- Partners actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters.
- Recruitment, induction, development & training of front line sales force (on roll & third party) to ensure capability building of the sales team.
- Works with the Sales Team for optimizing manpower planning & deployment.
- Designs and rolls-out training programs for the third party sales force and distributor salesmen.
- Drives talent segmentation (permanent & temps) on quantitative & qualitative performance parameters and sketching action plans- Assessment Centers, Issuing of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), transfers, role & function changes etc.
- Plots & links business numbers & processes of frontend associates to drive performance culture
- Coordinates employee transfers, conducting exit interviews and providing recommendations for corrective action policy revision.
- Drives active employee engagement; be seen as a - go to HR- ; implement specific engagement initiatives that help achieve a highly engaged sales team.
