Job Responsibility :

- Lead the Talent Acquisition process for the North Zone. Develop improved solutions for recruiting, retaining and developing Key Talent.

- Responsible for Managing Campus Hiring Strategy with the objective to hire the best Talent for Field Sales positions.

- Partnering with Corporate HR Team and Zonal Sales Managers to identify key attributes, developmental assignments performance metrics & effective performance management strategies.
