Job Description-
- Onboarding & Induction of talent.
- Life cycle management including Exit Management.
- Performance management of business team
- Career planning and capability building
- Managing Employee Relations proactively to avoid IR issues in future.
- Closely working with business team to understand the need-gap & proper redressal mechanism.
- Driving productivity and performance through various initiatives .
- Implementation of HR policies to field employees (like travel, daily allowances etc.)
