About our Client: Our client is a growing Swiss MNC and market leaders in the dermatology space. They operate in over 50 countries worldwide and employee 5000+ employees. With strong growth plans in India and various new product launches expected in the coming year, they are looking for a Sales HR Business Partner to lead their commercial function for them in India.
Job Description: Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy
- Ensuring effective compensation and benefits strategy while managing external partners for the same
- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region
- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid term appraisal cycle at organization level
- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognitions systems for the region including sales incentive plans
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 4-6 years of experience in working with a MNC Pharma / FMCG player managing the sales HR BP piece for them / leading BP for the commercial function.
- MBA from a tier 1 institute is required.
- Exposure to working on sales incentive programs, talent management and engagement strategies is essential for this role.
