Location: Mumbai

- Typical Hotel Corporate room Sales - Hotel sales Manager profile

- Hotel sales managers are responsible for working with the marketing team, event planners, and front desk to ensure that promotional offers align with guest satisfaction. They also play a key role in coordinating efforts across the hotel.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team

- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as required

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our hotel properties

- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive sales

- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide training and guidance to maximize performance

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable deals

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management team

- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in hotel sales

- Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and B2B agents.

- Maintaining strong client relationships Agents and Corporates.

- Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs

- Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual target
