Position-Home Health/Home Sales

Location-Gurgaon

Experience: 4-8 Years with atleast 1-2 Years Experience in executing Home Program i.e Home demos,home pathological program,installation for electronic companies

Job Responsibility:

1. Putting in place a process and protocol for :

a. scheduling of visits

b. Ensuring timeliness of the visits

c. Ensuring patient details are created in the HMS (Home medical services)

d. Ensuring high NPS post the visits

e. Follow-up mechanism on prescription

f. Follow-up on the sales of Opticals and Medicine as per prescription

g. Timely maintenance of the equipment

h. Fall back procedures in the event of employee leave etc.

2. Delivering on the plan objectives consistently

3. Designing programs to drive up effectiveness and appointments

4. Designing training programs for skill enhancement

5. Designing protocols for conduct at home environment

6. Driving up conversion on sales of Opticals and Medicine

Salary range: 10 - 12 LPA
