1. Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
2. Articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy & goals for the business.
3. Identify new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them
4. Be accountable for the attainment of new customer acquisition targets.
5. Development of the sales team including recruiting, on-boarding and training new Account Executives
6. Support direct reports by participating and leading in prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Marketing, Sales Development, Pre Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance.
8. Drive operational rigor: Monitoring sales activities of the team and tracking results. Drive effective reviews and forecast meetings. Maintain CRM discipline. Ensure forecast accuracy by managing a sales pipeline.
Is this you?
1. 3+ years of proven software sales experience.
2. 1+ years of sales management, territory management experience, proven ability in building and developing high-performance teams
3. Experience in leading 4+ direct reports.
4. Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding quotas.
5. Must have experience in cross border sales - US & UK
