Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets within the health insurance industry.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of insurance agents, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Agency Channel Management:
Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents within the designated agency channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure successful collaboration and mutual growth.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure agents achieve their sales goals.
Performance Management & Reporting:
Track and monitor key sales metrics, including individual and team performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable health insurance regulations and company policies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales within the health insurance industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing and developing sales teams within an agency channel is a strong plus.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, benefits, and regulations in India.
Punjabi language fluency is mandatory.
