HCM Business at the TeamLease group carries the responsibility for both digital transformation at TeamLease as well as growing its HRMS business line. The vertical is a key player in TeamLease's efforts to improve its margin profile at a group level. TeamLease leverages its zero-touch ATS, one-touch payroll, Regtech and Edtech modules to support clients in running automated payroll, benefits, workforce management, and compliance operations with last-mile delivery capabilities.
About the role

Reporting to: Sales Head
Role:
Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new clients by means of new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting the client needs and exceeding client expectations. This role requires you to visit the TeamLease office once a day, and have at least 2 physical meetings in a day with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue numbers from existing/new clients for HRtech SaaS, Platform Sales.
- Aggressively expand customer base by identifying avenues for generating revenue through extensive networking with CHRO's/ HR Heads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Hand Holding the clients for standard sign-up, migration process for SaaS, platform sales.
- Working with a client solutions team for drafting value propositions based on inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Handles escalations with Clients to ensure continuous revenue from clients and retention of billing from clients.
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
- Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, etc.
- Participation in various HRtech forums, seminars to increase prospect base and build robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue numbers.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development
Education & Experience
- MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Sales in HR service industry with HCM SaaS & Payroll Software selling experience as a must
- Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
- High on learn-ability.
