Job Overview:
- We are looking for Sales Managers with experience in driving sales growth. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical, program management, and stakeholder management skills, and be able to execute sales strategy effectively in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations daily.
- Understand the levers that can drive volume & NSV growth in existing cities.
- Align sales initiatives with marketing strategies to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to capitalize on these insights.
- Delve into key sales metrics and derive areas of improvement in key metrics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as necessary to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree in a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in sales (preferrably form retail industry), with expertise in managing physical stores and centers across different states.
- Experience in tracking key performance and hygiene metrics across stores.
- Preference for experience in hardcore, experience-based sales.
