Manager Sales (Government Tender - Energy Storage Systems)
You will be responsible for sales, marketing proposal making for Co's ESSS products.
- Generate Co's ESS sales and meet target revenue and profitability through traditional distribution and select, direct channel installer business.
- Generate new sales opportunities, new business, and increase market share while fostering a trusting relationship with clients and delivering business value.
- Generate new solution / ecosystem sales by working with and utilizing other Co's business divisions.
- Develop and implement customer service process methodologies for creating a repeatable, scalable and measurable customer delivery infrastructure within relevant vertical markets of responsibilities.
- Manage each account (possible multiple accounts in large customers) to specific targets on strategic/economic values including all relevant levels of customer personnel.
- Manage account/project specific issues, risks, quality, and performance.
- Co-develop and execute Go-To Market strategies with ESS Marketing and strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities.
- Develop and drive business strategies and plans to promote and grow Co's ESS sales and market share from distribution and select, direct channel partner sales.
- You will continuously capture Market intelligence (Updates on Projects/Market/Competitor information, Order won/ loss analysis etc.) by interacting with various agencies viz. Siemens entities in India, Customers and partners located in your assigned territory.
- You will ensure meeting the desired Order Intake targets for the year to achieve yearly growth in business.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Candidate with 2-5 Years of experience in Tender Management with agencies & Government Department for Sale of ESS.
2. You are analytical, creative, and abstract thinker with ability to define and understand concepts/problems quickly, able to build and review technical documents.
3. Good understanding of Channel Sales procedures.
4. Hands-on experience with OEM Management.
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
6. Knowledge of market research.
7. You will have phenomenal interpersonal skills.
