Manager Sales(GTM - horeca)
This is a strategic role .
Looking for candidates from FMCG/Brewery & alike industry.
- Should have sales experience with stint in GTM implementation for the HORECA segment.
KRA's :
- Market mapping (define geographies, support city selection for expansion, co-ordinate creation and maintenance of customer/operator data bases ( MEU, WS, Distributor)
- Based on Market Mapping, recommends resource allocation against most significant opportunities
- Supports opportunity prioritization ( macro insights, scorecards, specific insights link with Marketing for sales proposition)
- Responsible for uncovering macro insights by segment together with Food Service marketing
- Execution planning (service packages, time planning models), targets, and follow up reporting resulting in effective planning.
- Assist with company selling system training to ensure continued project excellence and deployment.
- Key project contact person in India for Global
- Obtains market data & results from sales, analyzing it, report it out with clear focus areas and action plans; ensuring strong expansion of project learning and tracking results, identifying gaps and recommending solutions to maximize effectiveness
