Job Description - The job responsibility of the position is to manage sales in GT for North India. The position will hold responsible for managing distributors, teams and market strategy for regional sales
- Manage channel spend efficiently
- Analyse business parameters & results; ensuring a standard reporting / dashboard and making recommendations for betterment, in continuity
- Ensuring effective engagement of all by ensuring healthy ROI, inventory and cash management
- Controlling & monitoring discounts and channel margins; ensuring credit and commercial control
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 3 years in leadership role
- Entrepreneurial character with strong people management, communication and
organisational skills
- Work in an organisation which delivers faced paced growth
