Description - To develop and grow the fragrance business for the organization in the Indian market
- To leverage the existing connect in the market to onboard new customers through the distribution setup and the direct selling approach

Description:
Main Mission:
- Analyse, evaluate, and develop the fragrance market in India
- Develop a customer portfolio and build loyalty
- Achieve sales annual objectives with a keen focus on building the presence in the Indian markets
- Build and Implement Customers Action Plan and Sales Plan aligned with the strategy in terms of segment, market and customer's profiles
- Manage existing distributors and direct customers
- Identifying, visiting and recruiting new customers and define their potential aligned with the strategy
- Manage the briefs to achieve the annual sales growth
- Anticipation of client needs with pro-active proposals
- Responsible for the kick-off of projects requested by customers with complete compliancy of their
requirements
- Monitoring the right level of resources by project
- Working closely with the key stakeholders of project: Evaluation, Perfumers, Marketing
- Analysing client feedback in order to meet their expectations
- Follow and analyse the sales performance and report to the Area Manager
- Ensure the administrative management of projects along with the sales assistant
- Negotiation of agreements and contracts with customers
- Financial follow up: orders, billing, payments terms
- Competitive intelligence
- Reporting
- Strong knowledge of the Indian market: key actors and trends
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing tools
- Project management and implementation of the sales strategy
- Identification of new business opportunities to drive growth
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Fluent English, Fluent Hindi (+ Indian regional languages)
- Knowledge of the technical characteristics of products
- Leadership, collaboration, and organization skills, diplomacy, dynamism, autonomy
