Manager - Sales - Formwork Segment - Construction Firm

About Our Client

Our client is a leading European giant in formwork segment of the construction domain and have executed the top-end projects across Americas, Europe, Middle East and APAC. The brand has been in existence for over 50 years now and has built a strong portfolio of successful work executed with the top end projects ranging from highways, high rise commercial/ residential buildings, architectural design buildings, power plants, bridges & tunnels.

Reporting to Director Sales, you will be responsible for the below:

- You develop both new and existing accounts and expand the business by building a strong pipeline of potential projects with the customers in Construction Market

- You communicate clearly and collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate proposals also partner with operations & engineering for jobs under contract and obtain approved drawings

- You are accountable for all credit interactions with the customer including obtaining contractor approval of invoices, making adjustments through credit requests and insuring prompt payment, as well as preparing and distributing monthly account status reports

- You add value to the organization by meeting monthly sales targets

- You conduct regularly site visits and ensure highest satisfaction of the customer with regards to the materials as well as coordination of shipments and returns

The Successful Applicant -

You must be a BE/ B Tech. (Civil or Mechanical) with outstanding sales appetite and passion to drive sales & build higher revenue. You must be currently working in the Construction Industry and have strong experience across North India. From an experience perspective, we are open. Candidates from 8-15 years of experience can apply. Prior experience in "System formwork" would be a major advantage.
