About the Role: We are seeking a driven and analytical Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager to join our team! In this leadership role (7-10 years of experience required, with prior team leadership experience), you will play a critical role in maximizing the effectiveness of our sales force and driving superior sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the collection and analysis of data related to the field force, including size, structure, performance metrics, and customer behavior. - Translate overall sales targets into actionable plans for individual sales associates. - Collaborate with HR and Sales teams to set annual performance goals and develop strategies to optimize field force effectiveness. - Develop insightful data-driven models, such as customer behavior profiles, to empower sales teams and track their performance against plans. - Leverage data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales team performance. - Design and optimize sales territories, ensuring optimal structure, size, and deployment for successful customer coverage. - Motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential and ensure alignment with overall sales goals. - Monitor and analyze the impact of implemented strategies and adjust as needed to ensure continuous improvement. - Identify and implement best practices in sales force effectiveness methodologies. - Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Qualifications: - 7-10 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or a related field. - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. - Experience in utilizing CRM systems and data visualization tools. - Understanding of territory management principles and best practices. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
