We have Urgent Opening in one of the MNC FMCG as Sales Force Automation Manager profile for Gurgaon Location.
Position Purpose
- To achieve uninterrupted usage and guiding sales team with relevant information to achieve business objectives for the business unit through:
- Ensuring regular usage of SFA tool by all users, DSM to NSM
- Maintain right mapping and real time incorporation of change in SFA with help of MDM Support team
- Channel and distribution plan execution through SFA and its follow-up
- Incorporation & Execution of Change . Suggest and guide sales team in line with RTM frame work
- Implement of all new activations, new module launch and first hand training
- Plan and execute all new joinee training
- Lead, coach and guide sales team to understand the business analytics and provide identified information of GAP in execution
- Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.
- Helping sales manager with secondary sales data and indicating GAP
Principal Accountabilities
- Partnering with sales managers to participate in business growth by providing Secondary data with specific areas of opportunity & GAP.
- Achieve targeted level of sales driving parameter thorough sales team
- Maintain System Hygiene by ensuring incorporation of position/ people movement in real time
- Influence sales team to adopt SFA as business operation tool
- Coordinating with SFA product manager & his MDM team to ensure uninerupted SFA-System working by eliminating all system issue.
- Testing & Rollout new SFA module, Feedback, Capture & communicate Business need to Sales Analytic Manager
