Urgent opening for Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales Force Automation(SFA) for one of the leading MNC - Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Drive Pulse Project across all divisions.

- Ensure Pulse related issues/requests/complaints logged are resolved within agreed TAT.

- Scope Note Finalization with various stakeholders for new processes on Pulse application.

- Market workings and understanding of field level issues of TSIs.

- Market visit based on Gap analysis of adherence reports.

- Weekly/Bi Weekly review of Pulse adherence of TSIs with regional MSEs and obstacle bursting with BMs/ZSMs.

- Ensure MIS visibility to Key decision makers for driving the Pulse Project.
