Sales Manager - Food Products (Overseas)

Sales Manager - Food Products (Overseas)
- Drive growth in the region by supporting and developing existing distributors, as well as identifying new partners and opportunities in the region
- Assist in formulating high impact plans based on penetrating customer, competitor and market insights
- Set the objectives, establish marketing and promotional plans together with customers
- Stay abreast with key market trends and intelligence with the ability to seek new business opportunities and formulate sales strategies to capitalize on growing the business
- Meet regularly with distributors and trade partners to ensure appropriate distribution and presence of the brands
- Achieve financial goals (both revenue and bottom line) through close collaboration with local distributors and partners in Overseas.
- Maximize growth in India through managing optimal distributor networks with robust product offerings.
- Provides information on short-term and long-term product sales forecasts.
- Plan and execute all sales tasks and any assigned by the Managing Director.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate into new market segments.
- Plan and execute key new programs/initiatives or products in targeted channels or retailers.
- Work with Marketing to provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing for all products to maximize EBIT
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs with distributors and partners
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders
- To promote company products in the existing markets and in new markets.
- To understand new trends in the global market, find and meet new prospective clients.
- Work on time delivery of product and meet customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key geographical area across the globe.
- Manages all banking & logistic for export activities and prepare required documents.
- Responsible for the Clients Management and Client Development.
- Prepare action plans for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
- Assist in Business Proposal preparation, Pricing, Offers and handle correspondence. Maintain & Update Records, Reports, Offers & Business Information related to exports.
- Work as a team member collaborating and assisting Team to achieve desired objectives
Qualification And Experience :
1. Degree in any field, preferably business or marketing with Experience of 3-10 years- in sales/business development role in a FMCG industry
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Good commercial acumen, able to build strong relationships with strategic partners
4. Creating strong database of customers
- Manages the export process and ensures compliance with India and foreign government laws and regulations.
