Sales Manager - FMCG
- To ensure achievement of sales volumes, market share, and profitability targets as budgeted.
SALES:
- To monitor the sales on day-to-day basis.
- Ensuing Product Mix in the sales
- Ensuring cheque along with Permits
- Monitoring Competitors activity in Market
- Monitoring effective use of POP materials along with Co's products prominently displayed
RETAIL SHOPS:
- Working with Field Force in Market
- Provide effective customer service.
OUTSTANDINGS:
- Control on outstanding.
- Ensuring timely payment from Distributors/Govt Agencies, as per the stipulated time given to them.
- Control of Branch Impress
- Control on journey plan for the Field Force in order to reduce expenditure while covering the maximum territory.
PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- Monitoring Schemes in RETAIL TRADE and DISTRIBUTORS
- Monitoring and implementing successfully promotional activities from time to time.
- Monitor and report competitor activity.
Qualification And Experience:
I. MBA in Sales &Marketing from premier School.
II. Experience in all the areas mentioned above.
III. Total 10+yrs.experience in FMCG industry
IV. Having the ability to build a rapport with all the distributors, consumers and staff.
V. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical & negotiation skills
VI. Focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
VII. Other requirements Experience in Sales Key Accounts Institutionalized Modern Trade Sales

IX. Territory Management
X. Performance Management
XI. Building Relationships
