- To achieve agreed goals and objectives of The Company by managing the delivery of the bottler franchise territory.
- To support the development of Business Plans and supervise the execution of approved Business Plans.
- To drive excellence in market execution, optimally within allocated budgets and resources, and achieve the NSR Objectives while achieving Volumes & Market share targets.
- To protect and enhance the global brand image and reputation of The Company brands and the business.
- Lead the business growth in terms of volume, share and profit through:
a) the in-depth understanding of the consumers, the customers and competition
b) the development and implementation of marketing strategies and marketing plans for the brands both long term and short-term
- Drive sustainability / Live + for the franchise
