Manager - Sales - FMCG

We have got a job opportunity for sales Manager with one of the well known Brand.

This Position will be based in Mayanmar.

This candidate will be responsible for channel sales.we are looking for candidates from FMCG Company only.

Experience Required : 2 years-6 years

Quantification : MBA (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Institutes)

Location : Mayanmar

Job description :

- Meeting Sales and Distribution targets by effective implementation of area sales & development plans

- Developing Sales forecast / Channel Sales Strategy and defining allocation of sales targets

- Distribution expansion / Stocks and logistics planning for the area

- Work very closely with Customer Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Key Account teams in management of schemes/promotions/contests being run to promote company brand

- Achievement of Volume (primary & secondary) growth in the area.

- People Management: Build and develop team. / Train and work closely with team. Enhance team motivation and productivity levels
