Job Profile :
- Will be Heading a team of 5-6 ASM and sales officers.
- Ensuring Annual business plan by driving monthly plan.
- Expanding the Infrastructure by new outlet addition.
- Inventory management.
- Market Intelligence.
- Credit and claim management.
- Team management and development.
- Annual business plan and Manpower Planning.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue generating
- Responsible for driving Primary, Secondary and Territory FMCG sales in Delhi/NCR.
- Delivering business targets in sales, GLY, Staggering of sales, DMS & SFA roll out.
- Delivering Distribution targets in stockist network, wholesale to retail ratio, Billing efficiency of core brand and focus SKUs.
