Qualification - MBA from Premium B school
Person should have 5+ Yrs of work experience is Sales and Operations with FMCG, Consumer Durable, E-Commerce or Telecom.
11) Drive Growth strategy for multiple customer segments for Mumbai/Delhi city
2) Design, Implement and evolve the sales function design for Mumbai/Delhi
3) Hire, Train and develop a high performance sales team
4) Set clear goals, incentive structure and targets and drive them effectively
5) Improve the productivity of the sales team by identifying and filling the current training gaps and performance management systems
6) Drive strong customer growth, tonnage per order and retention
7) Champion the customers within the organization, Influence stakeholders to deliver real value to customers
