Job Description: Alliance and Partnership

We are Looking for alliance manager, who will be closely working with the Founding team. The role will include mapping and forging alliances with bans & financial services companies. Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive business and brand awareness. Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct executive relationships with key partners. Who has worked in B2B sales profiles for banks and financial institutions or experience of sales in Fintech Companies?

Requirements:

- Build and Lead by providing strategy and direction for Alliances & Partnership

- Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations to the management team. Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of constituents (product, engineering, operations, legal and finance, etc.)

- An analytical, business-focussed approach to problem-solving, combined with an ability to rapidly identify top strategic priorities.

- Strong experience in envisioning, collaborating with third parties, and creating deep relationships, products & possibilities with a variety of stakeholders

- Deep consumer insights & market intelligence in financial products/services

- Willingness to travel to different client locations across India for meetings on a need basis

Responsibilities:

- Establish and manage alliances with other stakeholders such as banks, NBFCs, other fin-tech partners

- Identify prominent and trending partners in a category and pitch our partnership to integrate

- Handle end to end partnership execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, negotiating commercials, closure, and agreement
