Job Summary :

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for the company's financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial sector in India, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, investment options, and insurance.
