Finance Business Partner for Sales and Marketing, contributing to improve quality of Sales and control expenses.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks :
- Partnering with Channel Sales Heads to manage customers appointment / termination, terms, credit and returns on investments
- Responsible for driving DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) with Sales, through discussion on credit terms and timely collections
- Claim settlement, including scheme credit notes, on a periodic basis with the customers
- Quarterly accounts reconciliation and No Due certificates
- Partnering with the Marketing team to ensure that the spends remain within the budgets and justification for spends realignment if any
- Responsible for supporting controller's team for monthly financial reporting for Selling OPEX, trade spends, and Marketing spends
- Analysis of spends like Sales Returns, Trade Investments, Operating expenses to ensure corrective actions and better targeting of the spending
