Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Advise clients on a range of fintech products and services

- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

- Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales activities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

- Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and services

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector

- Certification in sales or related field is a plus

- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Willingness to travel as required
