Job Description:

- New Business acquisition of Facility Management & Security business for AP/TL

- Implement effective sales strategies

- Lead sales team to achieve targets

- Periodic follow up and visits to clientele to generate revenue and increase usage of the services to increase share

- Achieve consistent growth effective portfolio management strategic, positioning and optimal pricing

- Understands client requirement and evolve solutions through surveys along with operations team.

- Monitor teams performance and suggest improvements with cross functional coordination.

- Forecast trends and stay aware of global developments impacting business

- 5 to 10 years of business development expectance in IFM & Security industry.
