Location : Hyderabad


Role Name: Manager - Sales Excellence

As a Manager - Sales Excellence you will be responsible to enable achievement of growth targets by Sales team through development and execution of effective micro-market strategies and continuous capability development initiatives.

Focus on enhancing the quality of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving 100% of sales target in terms of Gross Adds and SOGA

- Own the micro-market strategy and undertake new product interventions and target setting (SEs/ TLs / branch)

- Define the Sales process for ensuring compliance & efficiency

- Build a culture of ongoing capability development through regular training interventions.

- Design appropriate incentives and R&R strategy and track its effectiveness to encourage right performance and behaviors

- Leverage analytics to understand the performance trends and design appropriate solutions to address the business need

- Conduct weekly meetings with Marketing Team to study the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and take appropriate steps to increase its effectiveness

- Participate in a weekly governance meeting with Sales Head on performance updates and align on the progress for achieving the committed target

- Actively participate in the monthly customer insights meeting to understand the customer sentiment, identify opportunity & implement the plan of action

- Drive monthly productivity meetings and execute appropriate productivity interventions

Educational & Experience Requirements:

- MBA with relevant work experience in Sales Excellence.

- Should have experience of handling a team

- Preference will be given to the candidates with sales background

Key Personal Attributes:

- Good communication skills, reasoning and analytical ability

- Must be collaborative in approach and a team player

- Very good at networking, negotiations and influencing

- Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen

- Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional project
