- We are hiring Sales Manager for a Leading Event Management Company.

Overview :

- The Sales Manager plays a vital role in our organization's success by leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- This role is critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.

- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

- Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize sales team performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Negotiate and close major deals with clients.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.

- Manage and control budgets for the sales department.

- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff.

- Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the sales team.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to analyze data and identify market trends.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Strategic and critical thinking skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Ability to travel as needed.

Work Location : T Nagar, Chennai.
