Job Description :


The position will be responsible for solution selling to top EV OEMs as well as partners in the E mobility ecospace. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to influence decision making at top levels of these organisations and get recurring business.


Client Details :

Our Client operates as two business units - Critical Power and Battery Systems. They are a leading company engaged in designing, engineering and manufacturing of critical power solutions for vertical markets of telecom, Industrial and EV's. They are the largest manufacturer of Telecom DC Power systems in India and are exporting to South East Asia, Africa as well. Majority of their sales are via own designed products and they have grown 5x in last 5 years.

Description :

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Being well verse in working with Start Ups across the E-MOBILITY Ecosystem

- Identifying and Highlighting unsaid/unrecognized needs of the Customer


- Identifying emerging Business Models


- Preparing Business Plans to address untapped market

- Initiating Value Proposition based Proof of Concept for proposed solutions

- Ability to identify potential customers

- Engaging New customers, understanding Medium to Long term road-map and identify areas of convergence

- Providing inputs for evolving Solution Road-maps

- Facilitating Technical presentations

- Leading Pre-Sales activities

- Establishing initial contacts

- Securing slots for Technical presentations/ Value Pitch

- Placing smart bets especially in the evolving EV Ecosystem

- Securing RFQ/ RFI from potential customers

- End to end responsibility of the Accounts assigned

Profile :

A successful candidate will have :

- B. Tech with MBA with 5-10 years of experience (last few years in Solutions business) preferably in the E-Mobility Eco space

- Knowledge about the procurement/product development process of an Auto OEM


- Ability to engage with customers at multiple levels


- Good understanding of EV software interfaces


- Experience and understanding of handling Business Plans and Business Cases


- Experience of driving cross functional teams to align on a common goal
