- Tie-up with equipment manufacturers to promote company as preferred financer.
- Close leads referred by the tie up manufacturers within the SLAs decided.
- Generate new accounts and breakthrough relationships with new corporates in mid and SME segments for equipment financing.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the tied-up accounts.
- Handhold with the sales team of the manufacturer and client for better conversion / service.
- Internal operational / account management team to ensure smooth operations and no client grievance etc.
- Provide lease / loan solutions to various corporates in a vanilla / structured offerings from organization.
- Have understanding of credit profile and structuring transaction to meet the risk appetite of Organization.

- Recovery of problem accounts and coordination with legal team for default cases.
- Feedback to Regional Heads on Risk, Product, processes etc.
- Handle Customer service related issues and escalate wherever required.
