Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and improve the Business in the Western Region by new customer acquisition to rent out equipment like IT Infrastructure Equipment, Construction and Mining Equipment, Phones, Plant and Machinery, Warehousing Equipment, and other equipment movable in nature.
- Achieve volume targets & profitability and analyzing the P&L to identify key drivers.
- Prepare the Business Development and Work Plan.
- Prospect and convery capex opportunity into opex in Mid and Large Corporate segment.
- Lead, generate and implement demand generation activities by liaising with the OEMs, vendors, Liasoning with various banks and NBFCs to offer renting solutions to their customers.
- Consultative selling - understanding the renting requirement and financial goal to tailor a solution in accordance to achieve the same.
- Research, identify and develop new equipment categories which could drive volumes.
- Advise and implement right pricing and structure/ product in line with the customer's financial goals.
- Responsible for market feedback on costing and competitor analysis.
- Participation in Rate Contracts, RFP, RFQ and Technical Discussions.
- Coordination with internal team for preliminary assessments and bankers to securitize the receivables.
- Equipment sourcing and procurement assessment assistance.
- Maintain an asset register for every client, physical inventory, and auditing of the rented equipment.
- Onsite moves and redeployment of equipment to maximize equipment utilization.
- Meeting with CXO level personnel in Corporates.
- Strong network in Corporate and Technology Partners , OEMS , IPC , Contractors , Bank and NBFC.
