Roles and Responsibilities :
One of our very idolized Client is building its product to help customers manage their needs for real-time consignment tracking. To grow its customer base multi-fold, They're on the look out for enthusiastic scouts to pitch, present, negotiate and optimize closure.
Requirements :
The candidate should possess experience of solution sales and customer relationship management. Ideal candidate would have a demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Tech Savvy : Understand and appreciate technology products
- Should be analytically sound. Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences
- A knack to simplify and explain technology driven products
- Customer cold calls, presentations and pitches especially at a CXO and department head level
- Building pricing models and estimating efforts & cost Contract negotiations and closures
- Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English
- Excellent skills in MS Powerpoint
- Exposure to business software like Google Adwords or Google Analytics or other such software
The ideal candidate would be expected to have at least 3-6 years experience in Enterprise Solution sales. The candidate should have sold complex technical solutions/products to Handle the relationship with the customers by interacting with Higher Management/Decision Makers. Knowledge of Logistics would be a value add.
Responsibilities :
- Working closely with Marketing Team to generate leads for Sales.
- Meet potential customers, set-up demonstrations and discuss technical solutions with them.
- Prepare proposals and detailed costing for review by Sales Head, handle complex negotiations and contracting
- Handle relationships with clients - acting as first point of escalation till the account managers take over
- Collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery and meeting set Targets.
