Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the Sales & Business Development in East and / or southern European markets by appointing suitable distributor thus ensuring that it contributes to the overall achievement of the organization's goals
- Develops plans that reflect the long term priorities and objectives set for the region
- Ensures achievement of Region wise and Product wise revenue and profitability targets defined for the markets handled.
- Ensures total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships in the market.
- Acts as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships in the geography
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 3 to 6 years of experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Holds a Valid Indian Driving licence
- Ability to travel in the territory up to 50-60% of the time.
- Excellent Communication skills
Extensive travelling for Sales & marketing of engineering products in Europe (Switzerland, Netherlands, Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Poland, Belgium, UK, Italy, North Macedonia, Portugal, Croatia, Serbia) & Israel Travel to South European countries include below regions Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey.
